Write a narrative essay ending like this:
“Nothing could have made her happier than seeing that all the effort had paid off.”
The ambition
ReplyDeleteNothing could have made her happier than seeing that all the effort had paid off. I just started the 8th grade. I was already scared of what was going to happen. From the begging of the year we had a lot of homework.
My sister was in the same class as me. She was so lazy and indifferent and she didn’t learn anything, so I decided to help her. She didn’t want my help because she didn’t care , but I cared about her because she was my sister.
Every day I gave her some subjects for the national assessment. She didn’t worked them. I was angry because every day I tried to help her in so many ways but she didn’t want it. So I left her alone to do what everything she wanted. She saw that I didn’t help her, so she started on her way.She worked so hard that she threw away the video games, she turned off her phone and also she unplugged the TV. Every day she worked, she learnt and she did her homework. I was so proud of her.
At the national evaluation , when the exam ended, she was so happy because she did everything. She thanked me a lot.

ReplyDelete“Believe in your dreams!”
My sister always wanted to study at “Le Cordon Bleu” in Paris, France. She studied and practiced a lot to be accepted there.
She dreamt to study at this school since she was 7, when you think a kid at her age didn’t know exactly what they want to do. She knew that you don’t need experience in the culinary field. She knew a lot about this school. Everyday when she had the possibility she talked about it.
After she finished studies at the high school, she took a few years of pause to work for her dream. After that, my sister finally had the courage to try to apply at “Le Cordon Bleu”.
After a few weeks, she received an e mail from that school. Her dream had come true. She was accepted at “Le Cordon Bleu”.
Nothing could have made her happier than seeing that all the effort had paid off.
Homework
ReplyDeleteAlison had to learn for a final exam on which her future depended. She was a student at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Bucharest. She was truly passionate about Wireless Communications and wanted to follow a Master in this domain. The admission exam was scheduled for the 2nd of May.
One day, Alison found out about the opportunity to go to a workshop held by one of the biggest companies in that domain. She had made a CV for the workshop and applied immediately. Her experience impressed the organizers. They absolutely wanted Alison to come. Alison wanted to go, but after she asked when the event took place, she realized that it was on the same day as her exam. She knew that the exam was more important, so she chose not to go to the workshop.
She struggled to pass the exam because she gave up the workshop for it. After she passed the exam, Alison felt better than ever. The organizers’ workshop invited Alison again to a special workshop to congratulate her and to give her a new chance to be at a workshop.
Nothing could have made her happier than seeing that all the effort had paid off.

Catalina- Hunter Exam
ReplyDeleteIt must had been the hardest card to gain, but she did it, little Pichu got it. The hunter card, but not an ordinary card, a magical one that required a lot of skill and fearlessness.
Pichu was a short girl living on a tiny island with her mom. Her dad worked abroad, so they didn’t spend much time together, but it didn’t affect her so much. Pichu looked like a model, she had an elegant style and a lovely orange hair that pointed out her dazzling emerald eyes. With her fair skin tone, skinny long legs and slim fingers, everyone on the island knew her and she had also got a lot of loyal friends. However, she had a strange dream that no one believed in, she wanted to be a hunter.
Her big dream was hard to achieve, only a few people were able to pass it. It had three physical tests, a running one, a maze one, and a fighting one. Of course, there were traps and some people had never returned, but that didn’t stop Pichu from wishing and working out.
One day, while she was planting vegetables in the garden, she heard the postman. Pichu received a piece of paper promoting the hunter exam. It was her sign to go. She ran after her mom to tell her, but she didn’t seem very excited. However, Pichu didn’t care and told her mother that she would go there no matter what.
A few days later Pichu was on the boat, ready to leave everyone behind and to go on her own path. The boat was getting smaller and smaller, and disappeared all of a sudden. Later that day, the girl was at the start, with other participants, ready for the first test.
The test started, but she had the good strategy to skate. While she was skating, she looked at the other people. There were teenagers, kids, older people, she even noticed a guy who was selling poisoned drinks. On that long ride, she even made some friends, two boys. At the end of the large dark tunnel, there were stairs, a lot of stairs. That’s the moment she realized that people were starting to get tired, and started to fall, but Pichu made it to the end safely.
It was time for the second test and Pichu was fearful. The maze was a gigantic garden of towering toxic flowers and moving weeds. She smiled and ran straight into the maze, hitting the plants with her skateboard and protecting her friends. As they were trying to find the way out, it was starting to get darker outside and harder to see the corners, so they sat down for a little bit. Pichu was exhausted and her heart was beating faster than it ever did. After a minute she spotted something, like a frame in the leaves. She touched it and a door opened. The end of the maze was hidden.
She was the first one to get there, so she had enough time to rest for the last and the hardest test, the fighting one. She didn’t really know what she had to fight, so she just sat in a corner and wished it would be something easy. It wasn’t. There were six people, Pichu and her friends and other three. These were the teams and they had to fight, the team that won got the hunter cards. They fought with sticks, rocks, bows and any other solid thing they could find, but the winner was Pichu’s team. They won the hunter card witch offered them a ton of money and the possibility of fighting bad people without police.
Pichu went back on the island and shared her story with everyone. Nothing could have made her happier than seeing that all the effort had paid off.
